- Volunteer Opportunities & Discount Adult Facilitators & Chaperones Needed - Fees waived for any child enrolled in the Confirmation program whose parent/guardian volunteers as a Confirmation facilitator or chaperone.
- Payment Options REQUIRED Pay online Pay by check - Made payable to 'Blessed Sacrament Parish'. Mail to: 10 Diamond Street, Walpole, MA 02081 Waived fee-- I commit to volunteering as a Confirmation program facilitator or chaperone. Please waive my registration fee(s) for the Confirmation program. Other- Faith Formation fees are a financial hardship for our family at this time.
